Abstract

The study links the science of fundamentals with the science of jurisprudence to Imam Abu Al-Walid Al-Baji, And that is by raising the issue of forbidding and what it distracts from its apparent clues. It is an issue that Imam Al-Baji dealt with in his book (Ihkam Al-Fusul). And broadcast its applications in the folds of his book (Almuntaqaa Sharah Almawta). Whereas the pure evidence streamed in the Al Muntaqa . It was appropriate to follow two basic approaches in this research. The descriptive method based on extrapolating the evidence used by Imam Al-Baji in exchange for the prevention of its appearance. And the analytical method to analyze the reasons for prohibiting it from its appearance. This research has been divided into three sections. The first of which was in the translation of Imam Abu Walid al-Baji . Its origins and journey were mentioned in the search for knowledge and its place among scholars. The second topic is to explain the concept of pure evidence, its function, the concept of prohibition, and its significance among fundamentalists. As for the third topic, I’m showed the clues that Imam Al-Baji used In exchange forbidding of its appearance. And that after reading his book (almuntaqaa sharah almawta). The study summarized that the clues to forbidding its truth with Imam Al-Baji are: the act of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, forbidding him, his approval of those who did it, and the act of the Companions,  May God be pleased with them, for forbidding him, and measurement.
