الملخص

The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of providing different activities and programs on developing youth capabilities in Jordan youth centers. For this purpose, we targeted the elective members of these centers and chose a sample totaling338 members, 196 of who were males and the rest were females. We designed a questionnaire that included 24 sections dealing with three major issues: the social, athletic, and cultural aspects. Many statistical testes were used to evaluate the results such as mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and TOKEN statistical test. The results showed a high agreement on all questionnaires sections at a confidence level of 0.05 among the target group based on gender, educational level, geographic region, and other variables. However, the educated members with bachelor degree showed a better response. The study demonstrated the positive impacts of the programs targeted the youth by the centers. Therefore, the study recommends building more training fields and recognizing distinguished and talented participants in these activities. The study also recommends taking the technological advancement into account when designing future activities.
