Abstract

This research seeks to relationship between total quality management analysis and minimize the risks arising from increased waste in the activities of health organizations resulting from the occurrence of repeat medical errors. As is the over all quality of modern scientific entrances practiced by organizations to provide appropriate quality of outputs according to the wishes of customers Management (patients). The more able organization seeking to continue growth in light of the increasing competition from the meet and provide the appropriate total quality management requirements when ever led to face the risks that may be confronted with the manner in which they can address them and find ways to avoid them in the future and manage the proper scientific method to overcome not to mention the moral and material losses that may the possible effects of these risks. The quality of  health services is a very important element in the field of hospital management which are related aspect of human life which is the most important of his health. Through the vision and theoretical study in our hospitals we note that there is a gap between perceived quality and expected quality. In general, this research comes to highlight the benefits of the application of TQM in the Algerian hospital management through the study of the basic principles of total quality management in health care and its impact in the reduction of medical errors, by measuring customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and operational effectiveness. The study came to a set of conclusions adopted by the submission of appropriate proposals for the study and recommendations.
