Abstract

This research aimed to study in-depth the concept of transformational leadership and its role in the effectiveness of employees’ behavior through conducting a comprehensive review of theories, literature, and empirical studies. Furthermore, the researchers reviewed the prevailing theories of leadership and its relationship with tansformational leadership style, as well as a review of the concept of organizational behavior and its relationship to the employees’ behavior.
